คุณกุลธิรัตน์ ภควัชร์ไกรเลิศ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษารัสเซียและเครือรัฐเอกราช สถาบันอาณาบริเวณศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เดินทางเข้าร่วม Russian Energy Week 2026 ณ กรุงมอสโก สหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเวทีด้านพลังงานและเศรษฐกิจที่สำคัญระดับโลก
การเข้าร่วมครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้ได้รับฟังมุมมองจากผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และผู้นำในภาคพลังงานจากนานาประเทศ พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในด้านพลังงาน เทคโนโลยี และเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล
นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการติดตามแนวโน้มความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย รัสเซีย จีน และอาเซียน ทั้งด้านความมั่นคงทางพลังงาน การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี AI การค้า และการลงทุน ซึ่งมีบทบาทต่อการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจโลกในอนาคต
การเข้าร่วมเวทีดังกล่าวยังสอดคล้องกับการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่โอกาสความร่วมมือในวาระครบรอบ 130 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–รัสเซีย (พ.ศ. 2440–2570) เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ การศึกษา เทคโนโลยี และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสองประเทศให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น

Ms. Kulthirath Pakawachkrilers, Director of Russian & CIS Studies Centre , Institute Thammasat of Area Studies, Thammasat University, participated in Russian Energy Week 2026 in Moscow, Russian Federation, one of the world’s leading international forums on energy and economic development.
This participation provided an opportunity to gain insights from policymakers, experts, and leaders in the global energy sector, while also facilitating the exchange of knowledge and the development of international partnerships in the fields of energy, technology, and the digital economy.
The event also served as an important platform for monitoring emerging trends in cooperation among Thailand, Russia, China, and ASEAN in areas such as energy security, AI technology development, trade, and investment, all of which play a significant role in shaping the future global economy.
Furthermore, participation in this forum aligns with preparations for the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Russia (1897-2027). It supports efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation in economics, education, technology, and knowledge exchange, thereby fostering even closer ties between the two countries.
