คุณกุลธิรัตน์ ภควัชร์ไกรเลิศ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษารัสเซียและเครือรัฐเอกราช สถาบันอาณาบริเวณศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (CEO) รวมทั้งผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งบริษัท TeC e-Business Center เข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในงาน II Russian–Thai Investment Forum 2026
ในการนี้ ได้ร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “Platform Economy: Digital Ecosystems and IT Solutions for Business” (เศรษฐกิจแพลตฟอร์ม: ระบบนิเวศดิจิทัลและโซลูชันเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับภาคธุรกิจ) พร้อมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Bridging Russia and Thailand: Unlocking Digital Business Opportunities Through E-Commerce and IT Ecosystems” หรือ “การเชื่อมโยงรัสเซียและไทย: การเปิดโอกาสทางธุรกิจดิจิทัลผ่านพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และระบบนิเวศเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ”
การบรรยายมุ่งนำเสนอศักยภาพและโอกาสในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลระหว่างประเทศไทยและสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย โดยเน้นบทบาทของแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล ตลาดกลางออนไลน์ และระบบนิเวศเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสนับสนุนการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศ ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการสร้างความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี และการพัฒนาโซลูชันแบบ B2B (Business-to-Business) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงภาคธุรกิจของทั้งสองประเทศสู่ตลาดในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้
ประเด็นสำคัญที่ได้รับการนำเสนอและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ประกอบด้วย
🔹 ศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันดิจิทัลจากประเทศไทยและสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียในการส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
🔹 การสร้างความร่วมมือโดยตรงระหว่างบริษัทเทคโนโลยีของทั้งสองประเทศ
🔹 ความท้าทายด้านกฎระเบียบและการกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจแพลตฟอร์มและความร่วมมือทางดิจิทัล
🔹 โอกาสในการขยายตลาดและพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจร่วมกันในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

การเข้าร่วมเวทีดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงบทบาทของ สถาบันอาณาบริเวณศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ในการส่งเสริมองค์ความรู้ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ตลอดจนการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาควิชาการ ภาครัฐ และภาคธุรกิจ เพื่อผลักดันความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมระหว่างประเทศไทยและสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และต่อยอดสู่โอกาสใหม่ในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับนานาชาติ

Ms. Kulthirath Pakawachkrilers, Director of Russian & CIS Studies Centre , Institute Thammasat of Area Studies, Thammasat University, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of TeC e-Business Center, participated as a speaker at the II Russian–Thai Investment Forum 2026.
As part of the session entitled “Platform Economy: Digital Ecosystems and IT Solutions for Business,” she delivered a presentation on “Bridging Russia and Thailand: Unlocking Digital Business Opportunities Through E-Commerce and IT Ecosystems.”
Her presentation highlighted the potential and opportunities for strengthening digital economic cooperation between Thailand and the Russian Federation, with a particular focus on the development of digital platforms, online marketplaces, and information technology ecosystems to support international trade and investment. The session also explored approaches to fostering business partnerships, facilitating technology transfer, and developing Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions aimed at connecting enterprises from both countries to markets across Southeast Asia.
Key topics discussed during the presentation included:

🔹 The development of direct partnerships between technology companies in Thailand and the Russian Federation

Participation in this forum reflects the role of the Institute of Area Studies, Thammasat University, in promoting knowledge exchange and international cooperation, while strengthening networks among academia, government agencies, and the business sector. It also underscores the Institute’s commitment to advancing economic, technological, and innovation-driven collaboration between Thailand and the Russian Federation, with the goal of generating tangible outcomes and creating new opportunities at both the regional and international levels.
