การหารือครั้งนี้เน้นการต่อยอดความร่วมมือระหว่าง TIARA กับ หน่วยงานและเครือข่ายทางวิชาการของรัสเซีย ทั้งด้านการศึกษา การแลกเปลี่ยนเยาวชน งานวิจัย และกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ
ประเด็นที่พูดคุยกันครอบคลุมทั้ง
🎓 ทุนการศึกษาและโอกาสศึกษาต่อในรัสเซีย รวมถึงโครงการ Open Doors
🌏 การแลกเปลี่ยนเยาวชน และโอกาสเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้านพลังงานและเทคโนโลยี
📊 งานวิจัยร่วมไทย–รัสเซีย โดยเฉพาะการศึกษามุมมองของเยาวชนและผู้ปกครองไทยที่มีต่อรัสเซีย
🤝 การสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการ ผ่านการจัด Roundtable ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยและสถาบันวิจัยจากทั้งสองประเทศ

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแผนจัด Roundtable ในวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักวิชาการจากไทยและรัสเซียได้แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และมองหาโอกาสความร่วมมือร่วมกัน
อีกหนึ่งก้าวของ TIARA ในการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้และความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับรัสเซีย

TIARA Strengthens Academic Cooperation with Russian Partners
Thammasat Institute of Area Studies (TIARA), Thammasat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyaporn Soonthornthum, Director of the Thammasat Institute of Area Studies, together with Ms. Kulthirath Pakawachkrilers, Director of Russian & CIS Studies Centre and Mr. Jarukit Preechachanpanich, Director of the ASEAN Studies Center, welcomed Mr. Alexander Sidorov, Representative of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), and First Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand, at The meeting took place at the Thammasat Institute of Area Studies, Thammasat University.
The meeting focused on expanding cooperation between TIARA and Russian institutions and academic networks in the fields of education, youth exchange, research, and academic engagement.
Key discussion topics included:
🎓 Scholarships and educational opportunities in Russia, including the Open Doors Scholarship Project
🌏 Youth exchange programs and opportunities to participate in activities related to energy and technology
📊 Thailand-Russia collaborative research, particularly studies on Thai youth and parents’ perceptions of Russia
🤝 Academic networking and cooperation through roundtable discussions involving universities and research institutions from both countries
🎤 Knowledge-sharing and dialogue on geopolitics and foreign affairs through Ambassador Exclusive Lectures and Expert Roundtables
In addition, a Roundtable is planned for 31 October, providing a platform for experts and academics from Thailand and Russia to exchange knowledge and explore future avenues of cooperation.
This marks another important step for TIARA in fostering knowledge exchange and strengthening collaboration between Thailand and Russia.
